Leading Ordinary people to achieving extraordinary things!

The Reform Paradox empowers every day people to struggle so they can explore and embrace their inner potential.  The YOU that you haven’t even met yet!

What is

The Reform Paradox?

The reform paradox will empower you to embrace struggle and explore your potential by challenging you to work towards a series of events, which will help you unfold a higher purpose leading you to your physical peak.

Choose the right struggle!

“It’s not just about weight loss, this programme will change your life… it’s a whole lifestyle change”

With almost 10 years worth of experience it is apparent to me where people really succeed and struggle.

Not one person I’ve worked with has a problem with food or training… here me out. The issue is always a behaviour, lifestyle or mindset issue. The way we think, move, eat, sleep and feel. The way we manage emotions and feelings, the standards we hold ourselves too, the planning and structuring of our day, the way we manage our stress and time, our perceptions of our problems and the coping mechanisms we have in place for all of these life struggles.

In The Reform Paradox we have a rule - to become process focused over outcome focused. We focus on the day to day actions and habits that need to be implemented rather than focusing on the long term goal. It’s about longevity and building personal standards that make you feel amazing to which you can uphold for life, not just for 6 months.

My aim is to understand my clients from their map of the world. Their background, childhood, social interactions, careers, relationships, level of self awareness, their thought process, behaviours, lifestyle, culture, mental state and education.

The 3 P’s and 3 E’s are simply the way I want my team to operate

02

Purpose

Without fulfilment you are not fuelling our 6 core human needs…Certainty
Uncertainty
Significance
Love & Connection
Growth
Contribution
If we are not fulfilling our needs with good behaviours, we will use poor behaviours in it’s place. Either way we need to fulfil these needs. Once you bring purpose to your life, you jump off the hamster wheel, the one where you wake up everyday doing the same shit day in and day out. You start living again, making a difference, seeking something meaningful, you stop just existing.

02

Physical Peak & Performance

Just focusing on how we look is a one way ticket to feeling insecure despite achieving the goal you set or not. This is why I drive my clients to achieving their first event. A 5k or 10k, mountain trek or climb, tough mudder, getting strong In the gym, doing 6 hour long walks together… the aim to embrace being uncomfortable, to explore the theory behind a core human need = Uncertainty.

03

Potential

Every human being on planet earth has untapped potential within them. As a dying breed of people who do not fulfil their potential, a common trait among all is to suppress this power we have. We limit our challenges rather than challenge our limits. Inside the programme my aim is to allow every client to explore what they’re truly capable of. Once you set a date, that event happens with or without you, that’s why we call it The Reform Paradox.

04

Empower

To feel empowered is a feeling like no other. To gain self control and ignore external influences is critical to our success. But what is the key to feeling empowered? By embracing positive change and progressing with the evolution of your person standards. By personal standards I mean the actions you uphold day to day to allow you to live in a way that serves you.

05

Explore

If you’re not seeing what you’re capable of, if you’re not pushing the boundaries of your potential, life feels less purposeful. Think about how much you push yourself to experience discomfort, to explore the uncertain, to have challenges, excitement, something different, chaos, change or even adventure. Or do you only stick with the certain? To see safety, stability, choose comfort, go for the most predictable choice or to choose the path of least resistance to avoid pain.

06

Embrace

Your results in life are in direct proportion to what you’re willing to welcome or accept into it. What are you willing to take? If you want only safety and security, the easy path; that’s all you’ll get. Just remember that path is still a struggle. If you embrace the tough path, where failure is a possibility, where there’s chaos and more challenges… you will actually see what potential you do have and it will teach you something along the way.
As you can see, the 3P’s and 3E’s all crossover. Just like every aspect or quadrant of your life, they all effect one another. This is why a focus in only one area will leave you with something missing in another. They all need to work in harmony.
Kieran Sauboorah

Meet your Coach

I always find it strange and never really know what to tell people about myself, but let’s give it a shot…

I am Kieran Alexander Sauboorah, Kieran being the Irish in me, Alexander being the English and Sauboorah being the Mauritun in me. I’ve grown up in north London my whole life. I absolutely love travelling, good food and good people. It doesn’t take me much to be happy, as long as I’m healthy, can live life on my terms, in the body and mind that I want, helping others do the same, then yes I’m happy.
I want to tell you a small story:

Although I don’t tell them enough, I do adore my siblings. But believe me when I say this, that wasn’t always the case. I absolutely hated my brother and younger sister when I was younger. Hated may be an abrupt word to describe it but that’s how I genuinely felt when I was younger, purely because of how they treated me - I was what they called “a fat kid” and they never let me forget it. It was actually incessant, the name calling, the feeling of isolation in front of groups of friends and family members, the physical bullying and the constant feeling of being made to feel I’m alone, it was just horrific as a young kid. This spilled into school where I became so embarrassed by my physical appearance at the age of 9. When this got carried through to senior school, getting changed for PE was such a horrifying part of my day that I was unable to get changed in front of the other boys just in case there was an opportunity to be bullied, so I always went to the toilet cubicle to change.

I didn’t know it at the time but being bullied and being “a fat kid” led me to what I do today. Being a coach is something I absolutely love. I grow and evolve day in and day out by learning how to adapt for each individual I work with but I’m also learning so much from my clients as well. Me and my clients become thinking partners, we work together to find solutions and seek the answers they need. More often then not they already have the answers, it just takes a little guidance, support and a platform to win to bring it out of them.

I’ve now been in the industry for almost 10 years. The reason for building this programme is because I know I can impact many lives. I want to help change the face of the health and fitness industry from bikini bodies and 6 packs to improving the populations mindset, lifestyle, behaviours and habits. In order to really elicit sustainable changes within an individual, you have to breakdown their limiting beliefs, challenge what they currently believe to be true that holds them back, their self doubt and build positive new habits and behaviours whilst removing poor old habits and behaviours that does not serve the person they want to be.

My drive and desire to help people is beyond what I could ever describe with the use of words. As a kid I learned to use what I had: Pain, Struggle, Embarrassment, Shame, Discomfort… and channel it into actions that got me away from those very feelings. I believe in the notion of if you can’t find the means to change your current situation, using what you have is a good place to start, whether that be negative or positive.

Health is the real goal…

You may be caught in the mindset you need to look better to feel better. That’s not the only thing. That’s a big fat lie! To be happy there are so many other factors that play a vital role.

Yes looking good is great but so is:

How you speak to yourself,
Manage stress,
Time spent connecting with others,
Time spent connecting to yourself,
Time spent on things you value,
Nourishing your body well,
Exercising and moving your body,
Having meaningful conversations,
Working on your career,
Spending time with loved ones,
Spending time in nature,
Real downtime,
Being self aware…

So many more things to list. But inside my programme I want more for my clients. Sometimes more than they want themselves. It’s driving the best out of people and showing them there’s more to what they can do.

Life is the journey, not 6 months. Demand more from yourself. Lost time is never found again, so use it and take value from it. Does this hit home?

I would rather spend my life making mistakes, then spend it doing nothing. If every day is the same, it doesn’t have to be. Don’t be afraid to suck at something new. Don’t be afraid to hear no. Don’t be afraid to be turned down. Don’t be afraid to make a fool of yourself.

Be afraid that all the things that you thought of doing only stayed as thoughts, because you were afraid.

How to apply and next steps…

01.

Application form

Please fill out the application form. Not everyone will be accepted into the programme on the basis of whether I deem myself as the best person to help you. So please give as much detail as possible in given sections.

02.

Chat with Kieran

After the application form is complete please book in for a call. On the call we will explore and discuss the information you have given and see how to create an action plan for you moving forward so you have some clarity and direction on how you will get to the outcome you are going after.

03.

Watch a quick video

Before our call I will send you a video that briefly outlines the logistics of how the program essentially works. On the call I like to take a deep dive into where you’re at and devise a precise way of helping you. I would rather you know the ins and outs about program logistics beforehand so we don’t have a need to discuss that on the call. Remember this is about YOU.
