The Reform Paradox empowers every day people to struggle so they can explore and embrace their inner potential. The YOU that you haven’t even met yet!
Without fulfilment you are not fuelling our 6 core human needs…
If we are not fulfilling our needs with good behaviours, we will use poor behaviours in it’s place. Either way we need to fulfil these needs. Once you bring purpose to your life, you jump off the hamster wheel, the one where you wake up everyday doing the same shit day in and day out. You start living again, making a difference, seeking something meaningful, you stop just existing.
Just focusing on how we look is a one way ticket to feeling insecure despite achieving the goal you set or not. This is why I drive my clients to achieving their first event. A 5k or 10k, mountain trek or climb, tough mudder, getting strong In the gym, doing 6 hour long walks together… the aim to embrace being uncomfortable, to explore the theory behind a core human need = Uncertainty.
Every human being on planet earth has untapped potential within them. As a dying breed of people who do not fulfil their potential, a common trait among all is to suppress this power we have. We limit our challenges rather than challenge our limits. Inside the programme my aim is to allow every client to explore what they’re truly capable of. Once you set a date, that event happens with or without you, that’s why we call it The Reform Paradox.
To feel empowered is a feeling like no other. To gain self control and ignore external influences is critical to our success. But what is the key to feeling empowered? By embracing positive change and progressing with the evolution of your person standards. By personal standards I mean the actions you uphold day to day to allow you to live in a way that serves you.
If you’re not seeing what you’re capable of, if you’re not pushing the boundaries of your potential, life feels less purposeful. Think about how much you push yourself to experience discomfort, to explore the uncertain, to have challenges, excitement, something different, chaos, change or even adventure. Or do you only stick with the certain? To see safety, stability, choose comfort, go for the most predictable choice or to choose the path of least resistance to avoid pain.
Your results in life are in direct proportion to what you’re willing to welcome or accept into it. What are you willing to take? If you want only safety and security, the easy path; that’s all you’ll get. Just remember that path is still a struggle. If you embrace the tough path, where failure is a possibility, where there’s chaos and more challenges… you will actually see what potential you do have and it will teach you something along the way.
